BUFFET

A hot buffet would consist of three
hot dishes, three side dishes, oven roasted potatoes, fresh dinner
rolls, a selection of desserts, Tea/Coffee.
The Buffet is based upon a generous portion per person, not
unlimited. All you can eat buffet meals are available however
price would increase from normal buffet pricing (Minimum of 45 people).

Linen
Charges
Linens are not included with all
meals.
They are removed from the tables once the meals are served for all
events.
Charges apply if they are required for any meals where they are not
included @ $9.00 each.
Also, the use of linens for the cake table, guest book, gift tables or
other customer requirements are available at $9.00 per linen and $0.60
per napkin.
