Members’ phone numbers will be put on the web
under password protection. A hard copy will be supplied to members
who don’t have internet access. There will be a designated spot on
the membership form for members to indicate if they don’t want their
information shared.)
Accounting Procedure:
Every current member will be forwarded a new
membership form and invoice by mid August.
All membership fees are to be paid through the
Point Of Sale system (POS - the bar). This will automatically set up
an individual member account with printed receipts, names and
balances.
Members wishing to pay in installments can do so
as long as the last payment is received by the fee deadline date of
October 31st.
Membership Fees:
The per draw / per night curling fee is still
under review, feedback welcome.
The deadline for total fee payment is October
31st .
All members must have one third of their
membership fees paid prior to start of play.
Members will be re-invoiced by October 17th for
outstanding fees. The fee deadline date of October 31st will be
strictly enforced.
Note the Presidents Sweep Tickets ($50), NLCA
fees ($11.40) and 14% HST fees are applicable to all memberships
General:

Membership Definitions:
Full: Member eligible to curl in all
leagues, weeknight & morning.

Couple: Combined fee for members who
register as a spousal couple. Eligible to curl in all leagues,
weeknight & morning.
Student: Member who is register full time
in an education institution. Eligible to curl in all leagues,

Morning: Member who curls in the morning

Social: Non curling social member.
Social Couple: Non curling social spousal
